This page explains what information Break Into Legal Academy collects, why, and what you can do about it. Break Into Legal Academy is run by Griselda Tejada.

What I collect

When you sign up for the free guide, the weekly tips, or the waitlist, I collect your first name and email address. If you message me on Instagram or TikTok and share your email there, I collect that too. If you buy something, the store handles your payment details. I never see your card number.

How I use it

To send you what you asked for: the free guide, the weekly tips, and news about the program. To send you occasional emails about my paid guides and services. To understand which emails are helpful, like whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. That's it. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.

The tools I use

Your information passes through a few trusted services that help me run this: AWeber (email), ManyChat (Instagram messages), Zapier (connects those two), and Stan (my online store and checkout). Each has its own privacy policy. Some of these services use cookies or similar tools to make pages and emails work and to count visits.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list. You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I have about you. Just email me. My pages do not change how they work when your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

Keeping your information safe

I use reputable services with standard security. I keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

Children

This site is for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
